Relationships are at the core of everything we do.

Understanding a Client’s expectations and needs from the outset is vital so that we can tailor our services to ensure that we meet their brief. But we don’t stop there; we keep learning and keep our Clients’ expectations at the top of the agenda, constantly evolving and improving our service delivery. Whether our appointment is to provide a report or to administer a multi-million pound contract for a new building we are targeting Client satisfaction.

The construction industry is constantly changing and we believe that the industry is better integrated and informed.

A key driver of this integration and knowledge transfer is the movement of the workforce. This reinforces our belief in the importance of relationships and satisfied Clients to make sure that when people move they have a good opinion of the service we provide.

Another key aim with any of our services is simplicity. We aim to take on the burden of bureaucracy from our Clients and provide clear, concise reports which immediately provides the key information. Keeping out documentation relevant to the task is important as it is our view that we are appointed to provide professional advice and commentary, not to collate information already available to a Client or in the public domain.

We also keep at the core of our service delivery an understanding of who our Client is. It is important to us that we ensure that their interests are protected at all times. This means that we are as active and involved at the end of an appointment as we are at the beginning.

Our breadth of expertise and knowledge allows us to ‘add value’ across all of our services.

We make use of our understanding of different Client groups, sectors and services to help Clients with matters outside our core service. Again this highlights our approach to relationships as we want our clients to succeed even where we are not directly involved. This is aided by our extensive contact list which allows us to make useful introductions.

Our staff have been selected for their drive, enthusiasm and ambition. We strive to ensure that they are always approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. All staff are supported as they develop by being provided access to training and ensuring that they meet their CPD requirements. It is also important to us that we help prepare the next generation of property and construction professionals so we provide work experience opportunities to students from local schools, higher education colleges and universities.
