Drew Jefferis, MRICS, founded Ibis in 2012. He has over 20 years’ experience as a surveyor working within the public and private sectors on medium and large scale development projects. Of that time, Drew has spent 16 years working with the affordable housing sector.

James Smith, MRICS, joined Ibis in 2013 as a Quantity Surveyor, and became director in 2018. He has led significant, high-profile masterplan projects in London and the Southeast for councils, London boroughs, housing associations and developers.

After attending a work experience placement with Ibis, Mary joined our team as a Project Manager, delivering Employers Agent & Quantity Surveying services before being promoted to Senior PM in 2019.  She is an Exeter Law Graduate,  a qualified DOCEA SAP Assessor,  and holds a MSc in Building Surveying.

Rhea Bogle

Project Manager

Rhea is new to the Ibis team and joins us as a Project Manager with a wealth of knowledge from working with a main contractor. She holds a MSc in building surveying and is currently working towards a RICS chartership.

Viv Roberts

Finance

Viv joined Ibis in 2019 and is responsible for everything financial within the business. She is Level 3 AAT qualified and holds over 5 years experience in book-keeping. Prior to this she held a career within the banking industry.
