The Ibis that we know today was formed in 2012 following a management buy-out, which gave the company an opportunity to reposition itself whilst using the decades of experience of the firm’s founders.
Clients at the core
Our clients are at the core of how we work, and we’re always looking at ways in which we can offer them better value by improving outcomes and being more agile, or finding solutions where others cannot. And with our relatively small and trusted team at the core of our business, we’re agile and flexible in how we work.
We work on (often) complex construction projects with numerous stakeholders involved in the process and we’ve found that our success lies in the relationships that we have with all stakeholders and the personal touch that we offer throughout.
Years of experience
Over the years we’ve worked with organisations such as housing associations, local authorities, developers, banks, tech firms, schools, and high net worth individuals, to deliver residential projects ranging from one-off luxury homes, to multi-unit projects with individual contract values in excess of £40m.
Growing our services
Initially we focused our business on providing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy services, and since 2018 we’ve also delivered construction management services, including the role of principal contractor on a number of construction projects.
